It’s said that Ibn ‘Awn rarely used to get angry, and when someone angered him, he would say “Barak’Allahu fik!”
Recognise that most of our actions are due to habit, pure and simple. How fruitful would it be if we trained ourselves upon righteous habits…Tasbih instead of hurtful words, kind speech instead of gossip, silence instead of pointless chatter. You are whatever your habits are.

Ibn Mas’oed radyallaaho anhu said:
‘Learn your children good manners, for good manners are just a habit
