Knowledge and Sins
“A wise man wrote to another wise man: ‘O my brother, you have indeed been given knowledge, so do not pollute your knowledge with the darkness of sins – such that you remain in darkness on the Day that the people of knowledge speed forth with the light of their knowledge.'”

Wa `alaykumusalaam wa rahmatullaah
Wa iyyaaka
Ramadhaan Mubaarak, may we all receive from its blessings. Ameen
السلام عليكم
جزك الله خيرا كثيرا
وعليكم السلام
و عليكم السلام و رحمة الله
و إياك خير الجزاء
assalaamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullaah,
Ramadhaan Mubaarak.
Jazaakillaahu khayran for sharing these pearls.
Perhaps you could add tashkeel to some of the words, to save us the exertion of working them out ourselves, before memorising inshaa’allaah!
Wa `alaykumusalaam wa rahmatullaah
Wa iyyaaka
Ok, I’ll add the tashkeel inshaa’Allaah. I had previously asked if I should add them and I got the feedback that it wasn’t all too necessary… but I’ll add them now inshaa’Allah!
May Allaah ease the memorisation and reward you for it.
jazaak Allaahu Khayran
Wa iyyaaka khayra
assalamu alikum
mashallah
that was really deep and profound
jazakallah khair
Wa `alaykumusalaam wa rahmatullaah
Wa iyyaaki khayral jazaa’
Yes, they are quite deep Mashaa’Allaah. Inshaa’Allah when I have a bit more free time, I’ll start translating more of the book. Tayyib, must get back to revision now!
